About ONE Capital
ONE capital deploys the profit from the ONE group into direct and impactful investments related to the energy transition. We invest across Europe, and aim to execute 2-4 investments/year. Our ticket size varies from EUR 400K – 1.5Mio./investment, and we have successfully executed 13 investments to date.

We generally enter our investments early, targeting bright people with ambitious ideas and assets that support our fundamental market beliefs. We leverage our deep market understanding and network and take an active part in building and scaling our investments. We consider ourselves Energy Market Entrepreneurs and are constantly searching for likeminded individuals with great ideas.

ENZEE US is a Danish energy trading company focused on trading US electricity markets. ENZEE US was founded in 2023 as a subsidiary of the successful trading company ENZEE Commodities. Our New Energy provided a combined equity and debt injection, enabling the establishment of the company. Our New Energy currently holds a 20% equity share.

LÆSØ I: is an SPV that develops and subsequently operates an emergency power plant on a small Danish island. The plant consists of 5 MW diesel generators and 2 MW BESS. The plant has a 10-year agreement with Energinet (the Danish TSO), that secures revenues for the plant. In addition, the plant can operate in the commercial markets, if prices are attractive. Læsø1 is 100% owned by Our New Energy X.

IRR is an investment platform targeting special situation opportunities in Italy, launched in 2020. The focus is on complex, off-market situations across distressed operating assets, development projects, cross-border cables and other energy-related special situations. ONE participated with a 200 k€ equity commitment and the investment expects to be fully realized by ultimo 2026.

The fund invests in renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, and decarbonization-related businesses, mainly SMEs. Current investments include platforms in electric mobility and EV charging infrastructure, supporting the development of nationwide charging networks. ONE participates with a 300 k€ equity injection.

OPDE is a Spanish IPP company. In connection with the company IPO in 2022, Our New Energy was invited to invest in the company alongside employees and partners. Our New Energy joined the IPO and exited 20 months later, when the stock was again de-listed from the exchange.
